God is so good all the time. As I have stated over and over before I have a passion for sex trafficking and to see it end! To fully understand I will start with a back story. My dad does a men's outreach with our church called Clay Buster. Basically it is a day of shooting with a lunch break that included the gospel presentation. The entire purpose of the event is to have the opportunity to invite men that might not usually associate with church to come have a great time and hear the Word of God. With this come jealousy... mine that is! It is an entire day of shooting! How can you go wrong with that... so the Lord has laid upon my heart a solution. I am putting together the first Clay Duster event. Specifically designed for women to come and learn to shoot or improve existing skill. However the purpose of the event will not be directly outreach, however the Lord works in all avenues, but more focused on prayer. A brief presentation on a sex trafficking organization will be give followed by much time spent in prayer over this organization. For this event to run more smoothly I needed to become a certified shotgun instructor. PRAISE GOD... I AM!!
I basically wanted to share with you that I am officially certified and so excited, and maybe a little sad that my weekend full of shooting is already over. But for those of you who may have prayed thanks! and for everyone else if you are a woman that is, you should come to the Clay Duster event! It is going to be so much fun, and hopefully you will learn a little to.
Praise God for the little victories in life, couldn't do any of it without Him.
